Erika Rosenthal is a growth-focused executive with 30 years of operator experience leading marketing, operations, and strategy for founder-led and PE-backed companies, primarily in healthcare, health tech, biotech, and medical spa and wellness. She has held CEO, COO, and CMO roles and has been part of building four companies recognized as among the fastest-growing in their category. She has served as a founding member of five companies, including 14 years as a founder and CEO.
She founded Novastrat Growth to bring operator-level marketing leadership to companies that need more than a consultant. Her work is grounded in the belief that growth should come from a system a team can run, not a deck that gets shelved.
